Reship policy

Requirements for Reshipment
In order to be eligible for reshipment, the following conditions must be met:
The customer's name and address must be correct and accurate.
The order must not be delivered due to circumstances beyond our control.

If the customer’s address is incorrect or incomplete, we will not be responsible for reshipping the package.
Reshipment Process
If your order is not delivered due to circumstances beyond our control, we will reship the package as follows:
We will contact you to confirm the issue and provide a tracking number for the new shipment.
We will reship the package via the same shipping method as originally selected.
We will keep you updated on the status of the new shipment.
Limitations
The following situations are not eligible for reshipment:
Orders that are returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Orders that are refused by the recipient.
