Shipping
We ship parcels by standard postal service.
Delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days for European destinations and 7 to 14 days for other international locations. Keep in mind that we are unable to provide a precise arrival date, as it varies based on the logistics and schedules of various shipping carriers.
Your order is expected to be dispatched within 24 hours. We don’t process shipments on weekends.

While we put great care into packing each item to protect it during transit, we are unable to oversee the handling by postal services and their staff. Rarely, there may be instances where packages arrive with dents and items are damaged. In those situations, we will gladly reimburse you for any losses incurred.
While customs inspections are infrequent and most packages pass through without issue, there are occasional exceptions due to random checks. This is a rare occurrence.
As a buyer, there’s no need to stress; you can remain at ease. Customs may open your parcel and leave its contents undisturbed, or they might temporarily hold your package and issue a notice. In very rare cases, a small fine may be imposed, typically exceeding 100 euros, along with the confiscation of the package.
Legally, these violations are considered minor. It’s important to remember that law enforcement’s primary focus is on serious crimes like drug trafficking, not on non-issues affecting individual athletes.
If your package is confiscated, we will resend your order in accordance with our reshipment policy, which you can find here. Please reach out to our customer support team and provide a new shipping address for the replacement.
We will resend your lost Parcel at no additional cost to you.
Payments
There is no minimal order amount on our website.
Our main payment options include:

Bank transfer payments are typically processed instantly within Europe, although they may occasionally take 1-2 days to arrive. Payments originating from the USA, Canada, and other locations outside the EU generally take 1-2 business days to be completed.
On the other hand, cryptocurrency payments are almost instantaneous.
