Reship policy
Our Reship Policy aims to provide a smooth and efficient delivery experience for our customers. If there are any issues with the delivery of your order, we will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your package.
Tracking information has stopped updating
A free reshipment will be made only if the tracking information has not been updated for more than 30 days from the date of shipment.
Package seized by customs
A free reshipment will be provided if the customer provides a document verifying the package’s seizure by customs (seizure letter).
If the document confirming the package’s seizure by customs is not provided and the package is not returned to the sender, a free reshipment will not be made
Damaged products or parcel
Despite our diligent efforts to package each item securely and ensure that they arrive in perfect condition, we acknowledge that the handling processes of postal services are beyond our control. Occasionally, packages may arrive damaged, with items broken. In such cases, we fully compensate you for your losses.
